    If you have an existing website and are looking for a new design, we've got you covered. When it comes to redesigns or rebuilds, we establish a staging platform to conduct the work seamlessly, ensuring no downtime.

    We leverage the information from your current site and make adjustments to the content based on your instructions—whether it's adding or removing elements. To achieve this, we'll need access to your existing site, taking extra precautions to create backups in case of any oversights.

    Once the new design is ready for your review, we'll share a staging link for your feedback. This marks the beginning of a conversation where we discuss your preferences and dislikes.

    To proceed, we'll require:

    • Your current domain/URL.
    • Access to your current WordPress (or similar) admin.
    • Access to your hosting console.
  • You may submit content via email or, if you prefer, deliver to us on a USB or Hard Drive.

    However, we do prefer that we utilize a shared Google Drive for all your information.

    We create a folder on our Shared drive for you to supply content to us. This shared drive is secure and cannot be accessed by the public. All sensitive information you share with us is confidential and will be deleted once the project is completed.

    Supply of Content: All copywriting (text) must be curated by the client. This includes spell checks and grammar checks unless it is agreed upon that DTM is contracted to provide the service of curating the copy.

  • Depending on the size and functionality, we set a period of 30 days from receiving payment as our goal for completion. We usually work much faster; however, it depends on our current workload and the information/brief that you provide us with.

    The client must supply all required relevant content for us to begin work.

    The client is responsible for submitting accurate information pertaining to their business.

    All relevant login information must be provided by the client (depending on the service provided), that we may need to commence work, such as admin login and/or hosting console login (if you have).

    The client must provide payment before work is commenced. We require a 25% deposit.

  • The cost can vary significantly, ranging from as low as $700 to $5000 or even higher. The final amount depends on the specific functionality required and the overall goals of the website.

    When providing a quote, we initiate a conversation with you to understand your marketing goals, needs, and requirements. Several factors contribute to the overall quote:

    • Size: The number of pages and the amount of content to be added.
    • Functionality: Whether the website needs to collect data or leads, sell products, display videos, maps, etc.
    • Type: Is it an e-commerce website, a shop catalogue, informational, or a business website design?
    • Plugins: Any necessary plugins, such as Contact Form plugins for lead capture or plugins to enhance the user experience.
    • Graphic Design: Additional graphic design work for banners, images, and possibly a logo.

    In conclusion, a final quotation can only be determined once we receive a brief from you regarding your website design. However, we can provide an immediate estimate of your website design cost, ensuring no unnecessary delays.
